An AI support agent that can refund.
And can't be talked into the wrong refund.
Fizzl Home's support agent answers its inbox and acts in PayPal with PayPal's own Agent Toolkit. Between the agent and PayPal sits fizzl-paypal-guard: it reads the payment at PayPal, checks it belongs to the customer who wrote, keeps the shop's limits, and asks the owner above them.

What the guard checks, on every money action
- Whose payment is it? Read at PayPal, compared with the customer the app is serving. A "note from the owner" or a stranger with someone's order number can't change that.
- Never more than is left. A refund without an amount refunds everything; the guard looks it up first.
- The owner's limits. $25 a refund, $100 and 10 refunds a day. Above them, Approve or Deny on the owner's phone. No answer means no.
- Disputes, price changes, marking invoices paid: the owner decides. Read-only tools pass straight through.
